Partnerships and press
We do not sell placements or publish sponsored posts, but we are happy to hear from tourism boards, publishers and operators with something genuinely useful for travellers.
Response time
We usually reply within two to three working days. Corrections get handled fastest, because we want the page fixed as much as you do.
What we cannot help with
We cannot book, change or cancel your tour or hotel, and we have no access to your reservation. Bookings made through our links are contracts with GetYourGuide or Trip.com — please contact their customer service directly, using the booking reference in your confirmation email. They are far better placed to help than we are.
